A New York Native and a graduate of Pace University and Iona College with a Masters in Business, Russ has more than 35 years experience in claims investigation and management with expertise in Property, Jewelers Block, Fine Art, Armored Car, Fidelity and Motor Truck Cargo. Throughout his career Russ has been involved in several prominent claims, including the investigation of an armored car heist involving $43 million, as well as a number of significant fire and natural event losses often involving substantial loss of income claims.

Andy Quested
Graduated from college in England with degrees in Computer Science and Economics. He began his career in Lloyd’s of London and continued as an insurance adjuster with a major Chartered Adjusting firm until moving to the USA in 1982. Andy has over 30 years of claims adjusting experience in Property, Business Interruption and all areas of Inland Marine. He has spent time in catastrophe areas such as the Caribbean and Florida and was actively involved in the claims that resulted from the tragic events of 9/11. Andy has developed a reputation in the specialized risk areas such as Jewelers Block and in particular Fine Arts.
